ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ of Certiorari quashing Annexure "A" dated Bearing NO: SGRB/A2/2559/L-077/25-26 12.02.2026 issued by the Respondents for taking the possession and auction of the schedule property.
b. Issue such other writ/order/direction as deemed fit, in the interest of justice."
2. The petitioners seek to impugn the action taken by the respondent pursuant to proceedings initiated under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 20021
