ORAL ORDER
During the course of arguments, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to cancellation of anticipatory bail and after passing an interim order by this Court in the present petition, the petitioners approached II Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Madikeri, Sitting at Virajpet, and obtained regular bail in S.C.No.5005/2026 dated 29.06.2026 and presently, the petitioners are on bail and trial is under progress.

2. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. The order of cancellation of anticipatory bail by the Sessions Judge dated 23.02.2024 is hereby set-aside.
