ORDER
PASSED BY THE 7TH RESPONDENT, WHICH IS AT ANNEXUR-A AND ETC.,.
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH
ORAL ORDER
Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 9.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 20.08.2026 in Appeal No.118/2026 (Annexure-G), passed by respondent No.4 and consequent order dated 02.09.2022 passed by respondent No.7 (Annexure-A) to the writ petition, inter alia sought for direction to respondent - Authorities to conduct survey and durasth in respect of the land in question.
HC-KAR
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful consideration of the reasons assigned by the respondent No.4 at Annexure - G would indicate that, there is a discrepancy insofar as availability of the land in question, which has been granted to the petitioner and the kharab land, attached to the land in question. In this regard, the petitioner sought for conducting durath in respect of the land in question.
4. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, the reasons assigned by the respondent - Authorities is just and proper, and accordingly, no interference is called for in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
