ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 28.09.2026 stating that the petitioners have cleared all the loans availed from the respondent and accordingly, the respondent has issued loan clearance certificates and No Objection Certificates to the petitioners. It is further stated that since the loans stand repaid, the cheque in question is no

longer required to satisfy any debt or liability. Accordingly, he prays for quashing of the proceedings against the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has not opposed the aforesaid prayer in view of clearance of loans.
3. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.57367/2023 against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, pending on the file of the learned XIV ACMM, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru.
