ORAL ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for quashing of the PCR for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 of the IPC, and the offences involved based on the PCR. A reference was made by the I Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal invoking Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and the said order is only a pre-cognizance order.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submits that the investigation has already been completed and that the charge sheet is going to be filed. In view of the said submission, the State is permitted to file the charge sheet before the trial Court. If the petitioner has

any grievance, liberty is granted to him to challenge the charge sheet.
3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
