c) Grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, in the circumstances of the case.”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking speedy disposal of M.C.No.4780/2025. It is submitted that it was transferred to Bangalore as per the orders of the Hon’ble Apex Court.

3. In the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of High Court Bar Association Allahabad Vs, The State Of Uttar Pradesh in Crl.A.No.3589/2023 dated 29.02.2024, that the High Court cannot pass orders directing the trial Courts to dispose of matters unless and until it is an exceptional case warranting such direction.

4. Coming back to this case, according to the petitioner, the Hon'ble Apex Court has passed an order. If the Hon'ble Apex Court has passed an order, the trial Court will consider the same and this Court need not pass another order for the same.

5. Considering the fact that M.C. is of the year 2025, this Court finds no reason to direct the Family Court to dispose of
