Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating that C.C.No.55615/2019 filed by respondent/complainant is dismissed for default and non- prosecution and nothing survives for consideration in this petition in view of dismissal of the impugned proceedings and the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition, in the event, impugned proceedings in C.C.No.55615/2019 is restored.
