ORAL ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The limited prayer in the present petition is non- consideration of objections filed on I.A.No.1, wherein ex-parte temporary injunction has been granted by the Trial Court. The perusal of the order dated 18.09.2026 indicates that the objections filed by the petitioner has been taken on record and for consideration, the same is adjourned to 30.09.2026.

3. When the ex-parte injunction has been granted by the Trial Court and objections are filed, the Trial Court is expected to consider the same expeditiously. In that view of the matter, the Trial Court is directed to consider the objections filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.1 within two weeks' from the next date of hearing that is 30.09.2026.

4. In view of the limited direction issued, notice to the respondent stands dispensed with.

HC-KAR

5. With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
