ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience/non-compliance of the order dated 21.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.18305/2022 by this Court.
HC-KAR
2. On 31.12.2024 an endorsement regarding the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been issued stating that the appointment of the petitioner cannot be considered on compassionate ground.
3. In view of the aforesaid endorsement, we find no contempt is made. We, therefore, dismiss this contempt petition as closed.
However, if the petitioner is not satisfied of the endorsement, she may take recourse to appropriate proceedings as may be available under the law.
Contempt notice is discharged.
