ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that there is absolutely no material placed against these petitioners

HC-KAR

and there was no nexus between the petitioners and the alleged incident and that they are only the villagers. Further, he would contend that since there was no progress in the investigation for a period of three months, left with no other option, the petitioners preferred this petition.

2. However, learned High Court Government Pleader would oppose the prayer in the petition and submit that the investigation is at nascent stage and the aforesaid aspect has to be tested in investigation.

3. Since the investigation is at nascent stage, reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court, if charge sheet is filed against them, the present petition is disposed of.
