Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, which reads as under: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The Petitioner respectfully submits that, the respondent no.2 already defreeze the account of the Petitioner's, based on the instruction of the respondent no.1., Hence this withdraw the Petition.
Therefore, the Petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition as not pressed and incase of Cause of actions arises, with liberty to prosecute the fresh writ Petition, in the interests of justice and equity.
