ORAL ORDER

The limited prayer in the present writ petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.3669/2020 expeditiously.

2. The suit is one for declaration and possession. It is submitted that the suit is presently at the stage of cross- examination of the plaintiff’s witness.

3. On perusal of the order sheet, this Court finds no justifiable reason for the delay in adjudication of the suit. In

HC-KAR

that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to make limited interference.

4. The trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.3669/2020 and conclude the same within a period of eighteen months' from the next date of hearing, avoiding unnecessary adjournments.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
