ORAL ORDER
1. This petition has been filed seeking to challenge a Tender Notification dated 18.01.2024, calling tenders from the eligible bidders. Additionally, the petition seeks quashing of a Work Order dated 06.03.2024.
2. On the last date of hearing, after recording that the period of two years for which the tender notification was issued has expired in February’2026, the petition has become infructuous, the Court had adjourned the matter, since there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called out twice.
HC-KAR
4. Learned AGA reiterates his contention that since the petition has become infructuous, it may be disposed of.
5. As stated above, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date and there is no appearance today as well, despite the matter being called out twice.
6. In any event and given the fact that the matter has been rendered infructuous, the petition is dismissed.
