1. Learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the relief sought for has already been granted to the Applicant vide PPO dt 07.10.2021 (Annexure AA/1) and nothing survives in this matter. In view of this fact, the OA is disposed off as infructuous as also the pending Miscellaneous Application, if any.
