ORAL ORDER
It is the grievance of the party-in-person that the case, which was reserved for judgment about nine months back by the Family Court, is not yet pronounced.
2. This Court has called for report from the concerned Judge. It is admitted that due to heavy rush of work, the judgment could not be pronounced. The case is coming up on 28.09.2026 and on that day, the judgment will be pronounced.
3. In the light of the said report, the writ petition is disposed of.
4. All pending IAs in this petition shall stand closed.
