ORAL ORDER
This matter is called twice i.e., in the morning session and also in the afternoon session but there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the State is present in both the occasions.
2. The prayer sought in this petition is to quash the entire proceedings in C.C.No.1163/2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of IPC. This petition is of the year 2020. But the counsel for the petitioners is not pursuing the matter diligently even after the lapse of six years. Hence, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
