ORAL ORDER
This RPFC is of the year 2023. Earlier, WP.No.56718/2017 was filed. By order dated 13.01.2023, permission was granted to convert the writ petition into RPFC, as the writ petition was not maintainable. Thereafter, to comply with the office objections, it is pending till 2026.

2. When the matter came up before this court on 22.09.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for ‘dismissal’. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
3. Accordingly, RPFC is dismissed for non- prosecution.
