ORAL ORDER

The present Civil Revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 15.11.2025 passed in I.A.No.X in O.S.No.23/2016 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Krishnarajapet, whereby the trial Court rejected the plaint.

HC-KAR

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/defendant submits that there are certain subsequent events, including an order in which the Hon'ble Apex Court directed the trial court to expedite the hearing and disposal of the suit within a period of one week. Further, the respondent herein, who is the plaintiff, has filed an application under Order VI Rule 17 of the CPC seeking an amendment to the plaint, which was allowed. It is submitted that, in view of these subsequent developments, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

3. In light of the fact that the plaint has already been amended, there is no necessity to go into the legality or otherwise of this matter and in the light of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court, both the parties shall proceed with the trial. Hence, this Court is passing the following:

ORDER

i. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed.

ii. This Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the matter.

HC-KAR

iii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
