THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE GEETHA K.B.

ORAL ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo dated 23.09.2026 seeking for conversion of Criminal Revision Petition into Criminal Appeal.

2. On perusal of memo, it is noticed that the revision petition challenging the dismissal of complaint for non-prosecution is not maintainable in law. Hence, the revision petitioner is permitted to convert the criminal revision petition into criminal appeal by allowing the memo.

For statistical purpose, criminal revision petition stands disposed of. (GEETHA K.B.) JUDGE
