ORAL ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is going to argue on merits. Once the trial is commenced and charges are framed, the question of entertaining the petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. does not arise. Inspite of there was no interim order granted by this Court, by making a misrepresentation to the Court, got the interim order extended. This Court vide order dated 15.04.2025 made it clear that petition is filed in 2022 and there is no stay granted in this case and trial has already been commenced and charges are framed, hence no ground to stay the trial proceedings. When such observation is made, by making misrepresentation got an order of extension of interim order even though there was no such

interim order. Hence, the question of entertaining the petition under Section 482 does not arise. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
