O R D E R
Learned counsel for complainant would fairly submit that against the order dated 05.10.2020 passed in WP.No.42594/2014, respondents have filed WA.No.591/2020 which has been heard and reserved for judgment. In that view of the matter, continuation of present contempt proceedings does not arise and it stands dropped with liberty to the complainant to revive this contempt petition in the event of aforesaid appeal being dismissed.
