(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT BANERJI)

The petition is filed alleging contempt of the order dated 25.10.2025 in W.P.No.27867/2025. By the order, the writ Court directed respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein, who are the Bangalore Development Authority and the Town Planning Member respectively to consider the petitioner's/complainant's representation dated 11.07.2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the accused has submitted in Court an affidavit by the Commissioner of the BDA enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 30.04.2026, wherein it is reflected that the land, which is subject matter of the representation, is sought to be acquired by the government for a proposed new layout. The affidavit is taken on record.

3. In that view of the matter, we find that the order of the writ Court has been complied with and moreover, a memo of withdrawal has been filed by the complainant on 28.08.2026. This contempt petition is therefore consigned.
