ORAL JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo. Same reads as under: "MEMO
I, the undersigned advocate for the petitioner in the above case do hereby state that as per the Hon'ble Supreme Court's Order in the case of CELESTIUM FINANCIAL vs. A.GNANASEKARAN ETC. dated 08.04.2025 reported in 2025 SCC ONLINE SC 1320, request this Hon'ble Court to transfer the entire record of the above case, including the copies of the Trial Court Records to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mysuru who may assign it to the concerned Appellate Court having the jurisdiction, and for which purpose it would be listed before the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Mysuru. Hence, this Memo for the kind consideration of this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice and euqity."

3. In view of Memo and keeping in mind the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of
HC-KAR
CELESTIUM FINANCIAL v. A GNANASEKARAN ETC. reported in 2025 SCC ONLINE SC 1320, this appeal stands disposed of transferring the case to concerned District Court for disposal in accordance with law.
4. The Registry is directed to send copy of this judgment along with Trial Court Records to the concerned Court.
5. The concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge, is directed to issue notice to both parties and fix the date to appear before the Court.
6. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
