ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent.

2. This matter is called twice in the morning and also in the afternoon, no representation on both the occasions. This Court vide order dated 29.03.2021 directed learned counsel for the petitioners to furnish copy of the charge sheet and its enclosures. Inspite of more than 5½ years having been elapsed, the same is not furnished. Hence, it shows that learned counsel for the petitioners is not pursuing the matter diligently.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.
