ORAL ORDER
This petition is filed challenging the rejection of application filed under Sections 451 and 457 of Cr.P.C. This matter is called twice both in the morning session and afternoon session and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This petition is filed in the year 2020 and even after lapse of six years also, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter. Hence, the petition is dismissed at 5.18.p.m.
