ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed impugning the show cause notice dated 23.07.2026 (Annexure-A to the writ petition).
2. This Court, vide order dated 11.08.2026 had stayed the said show cause notice dated 23.07.2026.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo 11.09.2026 placing on record that the show cause notice dated 23.07.2026 has been withdrawn and liberty is sought to issue a fresh show cause notice.
