ORAL ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The limited prayer in the present petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.1551/2015, filed for partition and separate possession, expeditiously.

3. In view of the limited nature of the direction, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. Though the suit is of the year 2015, even after 11 years, it is still at the stage of recording the evidence of PW.1. This Court finds no justification for the delay in disposal of the suit. Considering the age of the parties to the suit and the period for which the suit has remained pending, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid suit within one year.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
