ORAL ORDER
There is no representation for the petitioner even on the second call.
2. This Court ordered to issue notice to respondent No.2 on 25.01.2025. Despite, the petitioner has not paid process fee. As such, the matter is lying at the stage of orders since one year. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, left with no other option, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned Trial Court.
HC-KAR
3. If an application is filed to recall this order, the same would be considered subject to payment of costs of Rs.15,000/-.
