ORAL JUDGMENT

This intra-court appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 9th July 2025 passed by the Writ Court in Writ Petition No.20155/2025 (KLR-RES).
HC-KAR
2. In the writ petition filed by the appellant, he has assailed the order dated 10.06.2025 in Revision Petition No.284/2024 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Mandya. The learned Single Judge did not interfere with the orders passed by the revisional authority on the ground that the civil suit is pending. Now the civil suit has been decreed in favour of the appellant. Hence, the revenue entries would be as per the order passed in the suit. With the aforesaid observation, the present appeal is disposed of. Pending I.As. stand disposed of.
