"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner herein submits that this petition had filed seeking the release of the remaining sanctioned loan amount of Rs.2,30,00,000/- to the Petitioner. It is submitted that this amount has been released to the Petitioner, rendering this writ petition infructuous.
