ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash the notice dated 02.09.2026 as Annexure-E.
b. Consequently, grant such other relief's as this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant any such other relief's and such other order or direction that this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass in the casts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and peace."

2. The petitioner seeks to assail the proceedings conducted invoking the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 20021.
3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner had an alternative remedy under the provisions of the said Act, the writ petition is disposed of.
4. This order shall not preclude the petitioner in availing remedies as may be permissible under law.
