ORAL ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "a. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representations dated 25.10.2025, 26.10.2025, 27.10.2025, 28.10.2025 produced vide ANNEXURES 'E1 to E21', and consequently

b. Issue the necessary documents in respect of the Petitioner's allotment of vacant 20X30 sites situated in Sy No. 39, Ramasandra, Bengaluru under the Ashraya Scheme as sought for,

c. Grant such other and further relief/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity."

2. The petitioners claim to be similarly situated as writ petitioners in WP No.37216/2025. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 11.12.2025 disposed of the said writ petition and ordered as under:-

"i) Writ petition is allowed.

ii) Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations submitted by petitioner at Annexure-E series and pass necessary orders thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

iii) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioners."

3. The petitioners claim to have made payment for grant of sites under the Ashraya Scheme, despite which Hakku patras Digitally Signed by CHEPPUDIRA MONNAPPA POONACHA

have not been issued. Accordingly, they have made various representations.

4. In view of the aforementioned, similar relief as granted in WP No.37216/2025 is to be granted in the present petition.

5. Hence, the following:

ORDER

i.The present petition is partly allowed. ii.Respondent No.2 shall consider the representations dated 25.10.2025, 26.10.2025, 27.10.2025 and 28.10.2025 (Annexures-E1 to E21 to the writ petition) of the petitioners and pass necessary orders on the said representations within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. iii.It shall be open to the respondents to notify the petitioners if any further information documents are required. iv.The petitioners shall be intimated the consideration of their representations.
