ORAL ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
2. This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to set aside the impugned order dated 03.01.2020 passed in C.C.No.2489/2011 by the III Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Shivamogga wherein the Trial Court dismissed the application filed by the accused under Section 239 of Cr.P.C seeking for discharge from the case. When the Trial Court rejected the discharge application filed by the accused, the same is amenable for revisional jurisdiction and the same is not exercised by the counsel for the petitioner and filed the petition seeking for quashing of the said order. Hence, the petition is dismissed with liberty to seek an appropriate remedy if petitioner chose to do so.
