ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is questioning the order dated 10.04.2026 passed in M.A.No.17/2025 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Ramanagara, whereby the Appellate Court had granted injunction by setting aside the order of the trial Court.
2. The Office has raised an objection with regard to the maintainability of this petition. When the petitioner filed an MSA, it was submitted that, due to inadvertence, the MSA was filed instead of a Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the petitioner has converted the MSA into this Civil Revision Petition.
3. When the Appellate Court has granted an injunction, the remedy is not to file a Civil Revision Petition, but to file a writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of for statistical purpose and the petitioner is permitted to convert
HC-KAR
this Civil Revision Petition into a writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
i. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
