ORAL JUDGMENT
The case is called out. Learned counsel for the appellant is present.
2. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the appeal was admitted on 21.02.2018. Thereafter, the case has not been listed till this date.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that, on 08.01.2020, the appellant had also filed a memo reporting the death of the appellant. However, the concerned official has not placed the same before the Court.
4. Today, a copy of the death certificate of Honnappa Yaredettinahalli, who died on 13.12.2016, is

filed. In view of the death of the appellant, the appeal stands abated.
