ORAL ORDER

The petitioner is questioning the order dated 23.10.2025, passed on an application in O.S.No.2516/2023, by the IX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore, whereby the trial Court rejected the application and refused to take the written statement on record.

2. The office has raised an objection with regard to maintainability of this Civil Revision Petition in view of Section 115 of the CPC on 12.12.2025. Office objections are sustained. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that there are no bonafides on the part of the petitioner in prosecuting the matter.

HC-KAR

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

i. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
