ORAL ORDER
Though one week time has been granted to furnish PF etc., to issue notice to respondent No.2 on 03.03.2026, the petitioners have not paid process fee. As such, the matter is lying at the stage of orders.
2. There is no representation for the petitioners.
3. In such circumstances, there is no reason to grant further time and it could be presumed that the petitioners are not interested to pursue this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned Trial Court.
4. If an application is filed to recall this order, the same shall be considered subject to payment of costs of Rs.15,000/-.
