ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 22.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.14042/2024.
HC-KAR
2. The alleged contemnor submits that compliance affidavit has been filed and decision has been taken on the representation of the complainant.
3. In view of the compliance affidavit filed and decision taken on the representation of the complainant, nothing survives in this contempt petition. We, therefore dismiss this contempt petition. Contempt notice is discharged. Disposal of the contempt petition will not come on the way of the complainant challenging the decision taken by the competent authority rejecting his claim for regularization of his services.
