ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: Digitally Signed by CHEPPUDIRA MONNAPPA POONACHA
HC-KAR
" i) issue a writ of mandamus or similar writ or order or direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 30.06.2025 at ANNEXURE-K and remove the entry relating to the acquisition of user right in the RTC in column No.11 at ANNEXURE-A.
ii) issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue NOC for the petitioners to drill the bore well in the property belongs to the petitioner without affecting the existing pipeline beneath the land in question; and"
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 29.06.2026 has been complied with and hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the same, the present writ petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
