The accused in CCC No.1002/2025 is present in Court.

2. These petitions are filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(HC) No.42/2024, whereby the memorandum of settlement entered into between the parties on 29.10.2024 was accepted, which was made part of the judgment of the Court.

3. However, from the record, we do not find any memorandum of settlement dated 29.10.2024. The memorandum of settlement that is on record, is of 28.10.2024. No satisfactory explanation for the same is being proffered by any of the learned counsel for the parties. Therefore, while leaving it open to the counsel for the parties, if so advised, to move a fresh contempt petition, we consign these two contempt cases.
