ORAL JUDGMENT
The Police Sub Inspector, Sira Town Police Station, Sira, Tumakuru District has submitted a report that the appellant Sri.Raghu has expired on 02.12.2016 and UDR No.51/2016 under Section 174(c) of Cr.P.C is also registered. A copy of the UDR No.51/2016 also produced.
In view of death of the appellant, the appeal is abated.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order along with the trial Court record to the trial Court.
