ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: “Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased:
a. Issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the V Additional Family Court Judge, Bangalore to dispose of G & WC No.324/2024 in Annexure-B on or before 90 days from the date of issuance of the writ or order.
b. Grant such other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the matter.”
2. This writ petition is of the year 2026, and the suit is of the year 2024. Considering that many older matters are pending before the Family Courts, there cannot be any direction to the Family Court to expeditiously dispose of this case out of turn. Hence, this Court finds no reason to pass any orders. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
