ORAL ORDER
The counsel appearing for the petitioner in the previous occasion also sought time to furnish the PF to issue notice to respondent No.2 and this Court granted the time as sought. Inspite of granting the time to pay the PF, till date, the same is not paid.
2. This matter is called twice i.e., in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session and there no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. This matter is of the year 2019 and till date PF is not paid to issue notice in respect of respondent No.2. Hence, petition is dismissed for non-payment of PF to issue notice against respondent No.2.
