3. The writ petitioner is before this Court aggrieved by the order dated 17.08.2026 in Application No.5093/2025 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru, whereunder the interim order of stay granted to the order of dismissal is vacated.

4. Learned counsel Sri.Prithveesh.M.K for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time would submit that without going in to the merits, he would pray for a direction to the Tribunal to hear the main matter itself. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be reasonable. Further learned counsel would submit that the matter is listed for hearing on 07.10.2026.

5. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner was provided compassionate appointment on the death of her husband and the fact that now the Tribunal has vacated the interim order of stay granted to the order of dismissal, it would be appropriate for the Tribunal to hear the main

application itself and to dispose of the matter on merits. Therefore, we request the Tribunal as far as possible to hear the application itself on the next date of hearing i.e. on 07.10.2026 or within a short period thereafter and dispose of the application.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (S.G.PANDIT) JUDGE Sd/- (DR.CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA) JUDGE NS CT:TSM List No.: 1 Sl No.: 12
