Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking dispensation of notice to respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Limited prayer in the present writ petition seeking expeditious disposal of O.S. No.59/2022.
It is submitted that suit is at the stage of defendants evidence. Subject to cooperation of both the parties, the trial Court is requested to expedite and conclude the suit with an outer limit of one year.
