ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo which reads as hereunder: "In the above W.P, the impugned order is Annexure-P the Order dated 30.03.2024 passed in Misc. No. 2/2024 ordering that O.S.No.1873/2015 and other connected cases pending before XIII Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru are transferred to the court of III Addl. Senior Civil Judge and C.J.M, Mysuru, where O.S.No. 670/2020 is pending.
On 7.6.2024, this Hon'ble Court issued notices and ordered stay of further proceedings pursuant to the impugned order Annexure-P dated 30.03.2024.
Now on 7.4.2026, the XIII Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru, has decreed the suit O.S.No. 1873/2015 filed by the Petitioner.
Hence, the above W.P. may kindly be disposed of as having become infructuous."
2. In view of the reasons stated in the memo, the petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
