ORAL ORDER
Both the learned counsel are absent. This proceedings is in respect of C.C.No.1188/2019 and stay is granted insofar as directing the accused to deposit 20% of the cheque amount. Though this Court earlier directed the learned counsel for the respondent to ascertain the present status of the case in C.C.No.1188/2019, the same is not informed to this Court and also no representation. Hence, no purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending for consideration. Stay is granted only in respect of depositing of 20% of the cheque amount is concerned. Hence, the petition is dismissed in view of no representation by either side.
