ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the present petition, it would suffice to consider the second prayer seeking a direction to the trial Court to consider and pass orders on I.A. No.3/2025 in Misc. Petition No.1324/2025 in Ex. No.426/2017.

2. In light of the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. I.A. No.3/2025 is filed under Order IX Rule 13 read with Section 151 of the CPC on 10.11.2025. It is submitted that the said application is still pending consideration before the trial

Court. No reason is forthcoming as to why the application has remained pending for such a long period.

4. In that view of the matter, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of three months from the date of placing copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
