ORAL ORDER

Heard Sri S. Sreevatsa, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri Aloke Madappa, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The limited grievance raised in the present petition is that the trial Court passed an ex parte ad interim order of status quo on 25.01.2025, which continues to remain in force till date.

2.1 It is submitted that, on 27.10.2025, I.A.No.V was filed under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the CPC, seeking to set aside the ex parte ad interim order of status quo. It is further submitted that the trial Court has heard the arguments of learned counsel for both the parties on the said application. However, no orders have yet been passed thereon.

3. This Court finds no justifiable reason as to why orders have not been passed on the application filed on 27.10.2025 till date. It is submitted that the next date of hearing before the trial Court is 16.09.2026. The trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.V within a period of two weeks from the said date.

HC-KAR

4. In view of the limited directions issued herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
