ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following prayers:
"A. Quash the Externment order dated 13/08/2026 in M.A.G.S.R No.27/2026 passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Doddaballapura Sub-division, Doddaballapura, u/s 55(a)(b) of Karnataka Police Act, 1963 in connection with Crime No.378/2025 registered by Nelamangala Police Station.
HC-KAR
B. Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows: "MEMO OF WITHDRAWAL
The undersigned Counsel for the Petitioner most respectfully submits that the Petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition as not pressed.
The Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the withdrawal of the present Criminal Petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition, in accordance with law and in the interest of justice."
The petition is disposed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to re-approach this Court, in the event of need in future.
